Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wiivy (“we”, “us”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Wiivy does

Wiivy is a web-based social media management and AI content platform. You can use it to generate short-form videos with AI, save them to a library, and publish or schedule them to social media accounts you own and have explicitly connected (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, TikTok accounts, and YouTube channels). Available features depend on your subscription plan.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and you are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must keep your password and authentication credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• You must be authorized to manage any social account you connect to Wiivy. Do not connect accounts you do not control.
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to or generate inside Wiivy (prompts, scripts, captions, videos, images).
• You grant Wiivy a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service — for example, to generate the video you requested, to display it back to you in your library, and to deliver it to the social platform when you choose to publish.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all source material you provide (images, brand assets, voiceovers, etc.) and the rights to publish the resulting content to the platforms you select.

4. AI-generated content

Wiivy uses third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI GPT models for text and kie.ai for video generation) to produce content based on the prompts you submit. AI output can be inaccurate, misleading, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing it. We recommend a manual review of every piece of AI content before it leaves your library.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wiivy to create, store, or publish content that:

• is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, or violates the terms of any third-party platform (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
• constitutes spam, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that endangers public health or safety;
• attempts to manipulate, deceive, or impersonate another person, brand, or organization without authorization;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or the systems it connects to;
• includes malicious code, automated abuse, or activity that violates rate limits set by third-party platforms.

We may remove content or suspend access without notice if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Third-party platforms — TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

• Wiivy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google (YouTube), or any other social platform.
• When you connect a social account, you authorize Wiivy to publish to that account on your behalf using OAuth tokens you grant. Wiivy only publishes when you explicitly click publish or schedule a post — never automatically, and never to accounts you have not connected.
• Your use of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and any other connected platform is also subject to that platform’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them.
• Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, or rate limits at any time. We are not responsible for service interruptions or feature loss caused by such changes.
• You can disconnect any connected account at any time from Social Accounts in the dashboard, which removes your stored OAuth tokens and stops Wiivy from posting on your behalf.

7. Subscriptions, credits & billing

• Wiivy is offered on subscription plans paid via Stripe. Generation features consume credits according to your plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, AI-provider failures, or platform API changes can interrupt the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that pose a security or legal risk, or that have been inactive for an extended period. On termination, your stored data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiivy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the service. Continued use of Wiivy after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wiivy operates. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
