Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Wiivy at any time. Here’s how.

Option 1 — Disconnect & delete in-app

  1. Open Social Accounts and disconnect any connected Facebook Page. This deletes the stored Page connection and access token immediately.
  2. To delete your whole account and all associated content, go to Settings or email us using Option 2.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send us a deletion request and we will erase your account data, including any stored Facebook connection and generated content. Requests are processed through our support queue.

Removing the app from Facebook

You can also revoke Wiivy from Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us and we revoke the stored connection automatically.
